Evaluation

Image

Colorado WIN Partners provides services and supports needed to implement a high-quality evaluation. Our experience conducting program evaluations ranges from local to national programs. Our staff has training in qualitative and quantitative approaches.

Our partners come to us because they have questions that involve getting data directly from hard to reach populations and other groups that are often not included in the research process (e.g. persons with disabilities). We have a strong expertise in written and verbal communication with persons who have low literacy levels. We can collect data through written questionnaires, personal interviews, or focus groups.

Our partners continue to work with us because we are responsive and provide high-quality data to address their questions.

Our evaluation specialists can help you in variety of ways by tailoring evaluation services to fit your needs. We can provide any of the following evaluation services:

  • Identify measurable outcomes for your project
  • Design an evaluation plan
  • Select or design evaluation tools
  • Assist in preparing for Institutional Review Board process
  • Collect data through written questionnaires, personal interviews, or focus groups
  • Analyze data using quantitative and qualitative methodologies
  • Interpret data
  • Write materials that are accessible for all reading levels
  • Make research accessible to all groups
  • Meet federal, state, and local grant requirements

We can assist you with process and outcome evaluations. Our evaluation designs range from large scale controlled studies to in-depth understanding of an issue (e.g. random assignment designs, comparison group design, and base-line/time 2 comparison design) using an ethnographic approach.
